How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from The Tuitionist, you can do so directly from within the app or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open The Tuitionist app on your device.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Scroll down and tap the "Delete Account" button.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can send an email to our support team at thetuitionist@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and full name for verification.

We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Scheduled classes and booking history
• Chat messages and communication history
• Subscription and payment records
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention

After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems. Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
