3. AI & Machine Learning Data Usage

AI chatbots and agents process user inputs (conversations, uploads) to generate responses and insights.
Data used for AI training is anonymized and aggregated unless explicit consent is provided.
We never sell or rent user data to third parties.
Machine learning models are updated regularly, but sensitive business or educational data is excluded without consent.
The Tuitionist's use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Educational or SME Clients: Where platform use is facilitated through an institution, data sharing follows contractual obligations.

We never sell or rent personal data for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Publishing on Play Store & App Store

Custom SME applications are published under The Tuitionist's developer account for distribution purposes.
SMEs retain end-user service rights, with full branding and feature customization per contract.
The Tuitionist ensures app compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies to guarantee smooth approval and distribution.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email, platform notifications, or website announcements.
